Reporting the cause of server connection failure

We are currently unable to browse the web.

Customers of ns7 with rental server pack with support, maintenance, and maintenance
[Date and time of failure]
・January 9, 2009 from around 6:25 minutes to around 10:05 minutes
[Failure situation]
The server connection is unstable.
・Web browsing is not possible.

[Cause of failure]
- When the APACHE server was restarted during server log rotation, it did not start.
- No failure report appeared in the monitoring tool.

[Countermeasure]
- Server restart due to APACHE server down.
- Added this problem to the monitoring tool so that immediate action can be taken.
